Ask for a quote
A text with a photo is the fastest route. We reply with a price before any work starts.

Call or text
Open
Mon–Sat 8:30 AM–7 PM. Sundays off.

What to include
A photo or short video of the problem is usually enough for a price. For a door, show the hinge side; for a leak, the cabinet under the sink; for a light, fan or outlet, the one that is there now. If several things need doing around the house, put them all in one message.

Cities
Rosemead, San Gabriel, Temple City, Alhambra, Monterey Park, South Pasadena. How we cover them.
What happens after you reach out
We read every text and form ourselves. If the photo shows enough, we reply with a quote and a few open time slots. If it does not, we ask one or two short questions, such as the size of the TV, the brand of the faucet, or whether the door rubs at the top or the bottom.
Once you pick a time, we text before heading over, and the price we quoted is the price unless you add work while we are there.
If what you describe is outside handyman work, we tell you that in the first reply rather than after a visit, and suggest which trade to call.
Jobs people text us about most
Sending photos from your phone
Text pictures straight to (310) 628-9399 from your camera roll; there is no app to install and no account to make. Two or three photos beat one: a close shot of the broken part, one from a few steps back so we can see the room, and, for anything mounted, the back or underside where the screws are.
A ten-second video helps when the problem is a sound or a motion, like a running toilet or a door that swings shut on its own. If your phone shrinks pictures in texts, turn on full-quality sending in your messages settings, or send fewer photos per text.
Where we work around Rosemead
Most of our visits are inside Rosemead itself, from the ranch streets near Rosemead Park to the tracts south of the 10. We also go to San Gabriel, Temple City, Alhambra, Monterey Park and South Pasadena.
Our guide to Rosemead homes covers the house types we see most, and the service area page lists each neighboring city and what is typical there. For fixes you can try first, browse our home tips. Send your cross streets with the first message and we will confirm whether you are in range.
Questions about getting in touch
Is texting or calling better for a quote?
Texting a photo usually gets you a firmer number, because we can see the part. Calling works well when you would rather talk it through or the job is hard to photograph; we may still ask for a picture afterward.
When will I hear back?
We read texts and form requests during working hours, Mon–Sat 8:30 AM–7 PM.
Do I need to be home for the visit?
For most jobs someone needs to let us in and show us the problem. If a family member or tenant will be there instead, tell us their name and we will text them before we arrive.
Can I send a list instead of one job?
Yes, and it often makes sense. Put every small item in a single message, with a photo of each, and we will price them together and plan one visit.
