What jobs are a good fit?
Routine repairs and installs: wall patches and paint touch-ups, doors and cabinets, mounting and assembly, toilets, faucets, disposals and small leaks, and electrical and plumbing work from outlet, fan and fixture replacements to new runs.
How does pricing work?
Text a photo or describe the job, and we send a quote before any work begins.
When are you available?
Mon–Sat 8:30 AM–7 PM. Closed Sunday.
Do you work outside Rosemead?
Yes: San Gabriel, Temple City, Alhambra, Monterey Park and South Pasadena.
Can you handle a repair list at once?
Yes. One text with everything on it gets one quote for the lot.
What electrical work do you do?
Outlets, switches, GFCIs, ceiling fans, light fixtures, bath fans and LED retrofit trims, plus new wire and added circuits when a job needs them. Send a photo of the spot for a free estimate.
Can you fix things in older houses?
Yes. We work on original doors, older shutoff valves, two-prong outlets and light-only ceiling boxes, and fit the right parts for each.
Do you bring the parts, or should I buy them?
It depends on the job. Sometimes we pick up common items like hinges, wax rings or supply lines and list them in the quote; if you have already chosen a specific faucet, fixture or shelf, buy it and we will install it. The quote says which.
What happens if a repair turns out bigger than it looked?
We stop and show you what we found before going further. Sometimes it is a quick add-on we can price on the spot; sometimes it is a bigger job that gets its own free estimate first.
Do you work in rentals and condos?
Yes. Tenants should check with the owner first, and for condos we follow any building rules on work hours, parking and access to shared areas.

They were good communicators and let me know what time to expect them. They gave me a quote of a flat rate. They were friendly and efficient.. They did good work.
Thank you for assembling my table! You took great care of my furniture and I appreciate it!
